With a proven record of innovation as an international, multi-award winning founder of a social enterprise and large-scale initiatives, Nicole partners with organizations to spot and capitalize on their people opportunities for breakthrough impact and results.

As a creator of a social enterprise and of employee experience and community initiatives, Nicole possesses a proven instinct for finding gaps and catalyzing solutions. In support of organizations, she has designed and delivered a range of coaching and training programs to improve talent and team performance, including culture change, media and communications training, an employer domestic abuse initiative, and more. In support of community, Nicole launched a 12-week pledge campaign that raised $75,000 for local charities, and in 2024 created a call-in campaign that mobilized people in 84% of constituencies and contributed to resumed government-union negotiations.
Nicole has received a total of 13 awards for her coaching work. She has supported more than 350 executives, senior and frontline leaders and teams in Fortune 10-500 Companies across industries such as Biotechnology, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Finance, Construction, Communications, Oil & Gas, and Hospitality as well as Academic, Federal, and Non-Profit Institutions.
